Returns And Refunds

Our return policy on lenses is really clear. Within 14 days of you receiving your lenses, you can return them unopened for a refund of the lens price. Open vials and blisters are not returnable. Once contact lenses have been inside your body we cannot accept them back under any circumstances.

Once unopened returns are received you should expect a refund within 1-2 weeks.

Shipping and transit fees are non-refundable.
